The staff promptly addressed my early check-in request that i booked. elemis toiletries were available in the bathroom. there were numerous local restaurants in close proximity. I found a great italian place!!!
the lift made a slight dropping motion upon arrival at the second floor.

adequate stay, some issues
poor soundproofing limited breakfast
The location was convenient. It was close to the places i wanted to visit.
The noise was a major issue, i could hear everything from other rooms, and the soundproofing seemed nonexistent. the bathroom was also a letdown. The shower barely worked, and there was a strange smell. applying. the breakfast was a bit sad with limited choices and not very fresh items.

i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff . the location proved superb for accessing local transport and sites. my suite included a little kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, and microwave, which helped a lot.

The staff was lovely and helpful. They created a cute environment. i found the room decor beautiful. the room was clean. even the small, cozy room had a mini bar.

the location suited my needs perfectly. it's central but situated on a lovely square just off park street. this provides a balance of accessibility and tranquility for my stay. the access was easy.

late party empty dispenser
the room was clean , which i appreciated.
the noise from a party downstairs made it hard to sleep , as it went on until late. the telephone in the room did not work , which was inconvenient when i needed to contact reception. also , the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty throughout my stay , and it was never refilled.

charming stay!
lovely staff clean room secure garage great breakfast
I found the staff friendly and helpful. They were always smiling. the room was beautifully decorated and had lovely little touches such as complimentary fruit and biscuits! on-site parking was very convenient, located in a secure and easily accessible garage nearby. breakfast offered a great selection. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries.
i noticed a small amount of dust on some of the higher surfaces in the room, such as the door frames.

fresh tea larger room quiet location
the room had fresh tea and coffee, this was a nice touch. the single room was larger than i expected. i found the location pretty quiet, i slept well.
the bathroom looked a little worn.
